Studio BD is an architecture/design studio and a consultancy firm based in New York.

We have a wide range of experience in commercial and residential real estate, construction, and renovation, as well as long experience leading all aspects of architectural work from preliminary planning to construction administration.

We look at each project from a different angle and offer a unique solution to its needs and our unique set of skills and experience are ideal to complete each project successfully in a timely manner. Architect

Bulent Demir is a Registered Architect with over twenty-five years of experience designing for firms in New York and Istanbul. His portfolio includes projects ranging from high‐end residential architecture to complex, mixed‐use hotel/residence/office towers.

Rather than following a prescriptive approach to design, he recognizes that each project requires a unique and innovative approach based on my client’s needs and a site’s specific demands. In his current role as a Principal at Studio BD, he is taking an extensive role in both the design and construction phase of projects.
