This four-story tenement building was repositioned as a mixed-use rental property. The entire façade and wood cornice were renovated, cleaned, and fitted with new windows. Bricks were re-pointed and replaced, wood joists were replaced, and the common stair was rebuilt. The ground level accommodates a Landmarks Preservation Approved storefront with a modern steel cornice, as well as a duplex basement studio in the rear. The second, third, and fourth floors consist of two-bedroom apartments with open layouts and generous storage space. Project completed in collaboration with Studio Leta.
