A design for a new condo building located in The Special Ocean Parkway District (OP) in Brooklyn, NY. The building will provide a resident recreation room and roof deck as well as shared storage in the basement. The design allows for maximum light, eastern and western exposure, with floor-to-ceiling glass and an open layout. Project completed in collaboration with Studio Leta.
